What is Jetval?

Jetval is a platform where we link Agents, Bankers and Valuers together to digitalize and streamline the indication process. Jetval is a hybrid valuation model serviced by a valuer.

It is free. You may order as many indicatives as you want.

  • Jetval is serviced by a professional, experienced and qualified valuer - it is not computer generated.
  • We provide indicatives for all types of properties, not just residential strata.
  • Jetval has a review function where agents can request for a review of indicative value.

Jetval allows its users to request a review of the indicative value.

Should you have further information that you wish to let the valuer take into consideration, simply request a review and input the information or reason why it should be higher or lower.

Our valuer will review the information provided and decide if the value would be adjusted.

  • Strata Properties – Within 10 Mins
  • HDB Properties – Within 30 Mins
  • Non-Strata Properties – Within 30 Mins

Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm

Once an indicative request has been ordered, it will be recorded and responded.
At times, our valuer may respond even if your request is made outside of our operating hours.

You will receive a notification once the indicative has been updated.

Our indicative value is valid for one month.

  • In Progress – Indicative ordered, awaiting the valuer’s response
  • Under Review – Indicative requested for review, awaiting reply by the valuer
  • Complete – Indicative completed

There is no record of a caveat for that property being lodged before, so please key in the property details to your best knowledge.

Our valuer will provide additional details if any.

Lack of information, incorrect details being input, or the valuer has further questions on the property. Please read the comments provided by the valuer and review the indicative request accordingly. 

By selecting this option, you can choose the bank and banker you prefer to work with.

Upon submitting the indicative request, the preferred banker will receive the same indicative requested by you.
Once our valuer reply, both the banker and you will receive the completed summary concurrently.

This is one of the many benefits using Jetval as we are in various bank panels and our indicative are bank linked.
The banker may follow up with you with regards to bank loan facilities.

Yes - please send them to Jetval.com - they can join the platform and set their profile to public - you can then see them in the directory and use Jetval to order an indicative supported by their Bank.

The indicative request will not be tagged to any bank. Only you and the valuer will have access to the indicative.

We highly recommend this option if you require bank loan facilities.

The banker you have selected would then be able to assist you with the loan application and formal valuation.  

No, Jetval does not take any of your referral fees.

Yes, in fact Jetval has a share function within the summary page where you can share in 2 forms. Via a text message or a formal PDF certificate format which you can send by Email, TXT or WhatsApp.
